Dr. Geller is a fantastic physician and when I'm able to see him I always feel taken care of. My one issue is that it can take days (or sometimes weeks) to get an appointment often for urgent or somewhat urgent (i.e. Non-routine Issues.)

I feel my provider is very passive and at times wishy-washy. He has a tendency to talk when I'm talking instead of waiting for me to finish and then respond.

I met with Dr. Geller for the first time and he was great and everything about my visit with him was great. More of a general feedback for Facey is that it feels like patients are double/triple booked with providers so there is always a wait time when waiting for you provider to come to your room or even be seen.

Dr. Geller was very kind, respectful and informative during our appt. I however waited over an hour to see him which apparently was due to miscommunication with the receptionists. I was on time to my appointment and was not seen for over 60 mins. Dr Geller and his assistant were both very apologetic about this mishap.
