I am very pleased with Dr. Lewis and his office. I hate that I got stuck with insurance on the exchange that I could not use at his office but I was all good paying out of pocket to see him, especially after a number of in-network on my insurance plan really let me down. I cannot wait to switch back to an insurance company that has Dr. Lewis as an in-network doctor. I highly recommend Dr. Lewis. He and his staff are very courteous and professional and have a genuine care and concern for the patients.

I have always been extremely satisfied with the level of care Dr. Lewis has given me and this visit was no exception.

Good experience with Dr. Lewis. He spent the time asking questions then gave a routine exam and thankfully I received a well needed ear lavage. I have already scheduled my follow up appointment to discuss blood and urine test results.

I have had wonderful experiences with Dr Lewis and his team. They are kind, empathetic and very good at what they all do. His attention to detail, humor and caring manner are evident each time I have seen him. I have been extremely happy with my care. My only criticism for Facey in general is the amount of time it takes from booking an appointment to seeing the Dr. I waited months for my well care visit. Usually, when I am not feeling well I cannot get in to see Dr. Lewis so I go to Urgent Care instead. Also, I was disappointed to learn that you no longer validate at the Tarzana Facey Building.

Doctor Lewis and his staff are Wonderful always Professional. Doctor Lewis always Is Professional and Is a Wonderful Doctor. I cannot express what my Family feels about him.. He Is so caring. THE BEST EVER.

Dr. Daniel J. Lewis answered all the questions I asked as thoroughly as I needed. He even noticed a couple of other health issues that I had and took care of them at this same visit. One minor one was addressed easily right there at this visit and the other by making an appointment for a date in the near future. He's very kind and thorough.

Although I was seen about 20-30 mins late from my appointment, the nurse/staff called me ahead to let me know that the doctor was a little behind. That eased my mind knowing that I wasn't forgotten. Don't mind coming back to him if my regular doctor is not available.

It took three days before the doctor responded to a prescription change request made through the front desk staff. That was the main bad experience. The visit with the doctor was thorough and addressed all my needs.

I'm not exactly sure how the industry works but I'm very happy with my provider when we interact but the wait time for appointments and referrals is excessive and unsatisfactory.

I really trust and appreciate my care provider. I wouldn't change my care provider for anyone else. I had to do it once for Insurance purpose. I went back to my provider ASAP.

I love dealing with Dr. Lewis...Only drawback is trying to get a reasonable appointment (time wise) with him....I wish that Facey would consider having appointments available to we "longtime" patients within a 2 week time frame...Waiting 6-8 weeks for an appointment is really not acceptable.....I understand that accepting new patients is important, but taking care of your older, longtime patients is just as important!Otherwise, I love all my Facey Dr's!! Dr. Lewis is the best!!

My original Facey primary physician left Facey, and I was assigned a new primary in the office. This was Dr. Lewis whom I met for the first time at this appointment. I very much like him, his manner, his knowlege of my case and his answers to my questions. He's a keeper!
