Im disappointed. The conversations I have had with the doctors have been a one way conversation and I do not feel they Hear exactly what I'm concerned about, and I do not feel seen or heard, which is because you all have way too many patients to give proper care.

It is very difficult to enter the practice of most internists here. When I had to cancel an initial appointment I was told I would have to wait 5 months. Dr Ferguson however agreed to take me on in a couple of weeks and she has assured me that either she if one of her 3 person medical team will see me if I have any severe illness or concerns.

The results of my blood test came back from the lab, and Dr. Ferguson explained everything to me in detail. She referred me to Dr. Holmes in oncology. My daughter quickly researched both doctors' backgrounds and reassured me that I was in good hands with well-known and highly competent doctors. I appreciate Dr. Ferguson's excellent care and for connecting me with Dr. Holmes.

Dr. Ferguson always listens to what I have to say. If there is a problem she diligently works to find the solution. I am almost 80 years old and I appreciate what she does to keep me healthy.

This visit was for excruciating chronic pain. I feel like I was not seen or my pain was nottaken seriously. I know we are waiting for x ray results, but I don't understand what the protocol is. The naproxin is better than advil, but still highly ineffective. I am 53 years old, and I am unable to ambulate for no reason discernable and am still in a pain scale of 7. And I don't know what actions are okay, and which are bad. I don't know whether I should be walking or not moving, stretching or not stretching, I need to know if I'm making it worse. 24 hours is a long time to not know what you need to avoid.
