Dr. Cooper has been a terrific physician with me and understands my needs. The staff has also been very courteous and professional!

I was out of the country for the 3 months prior to this visit so no problem with their communication.

My first time with this doctor! I made the appointment a year ago - the earliest time that he could see a new patient. I was unhappy with my former PCP. I was willing to wait a year and it was worth it. Dr. Cooper is great. I prepared a summary of my health, which he reviewed quickly with me but his manner, knowledge and attitude were all superb.

It's fantastic to see Dr. Cooper this visit. We usually see Kevin Nelson but since I was in the hospital for a week we got to see Dr. Cooper. He has been my Doctor for a long time and unfortunately he's not my regular Doctor anymore. I needed this follow up appointment after being in the hospital and had a small issue getting this appointment.

Dr Cooper is always helpful and answers questions and advises in a helpful manner. We feel very lucky I have him as our doctor.

New patient appointment. Original appt was set for 10 months out but I was able to get in on a cancellation. It was my first time meeting Dr Cooper. He was recommended to me by another one of his patients as I needed to switch providers for insurance reasons. I was anxious about switching providers but after meeting Dr. Cooper I feel at ease about having him as my new pcp. He was thorough, attentive, compassionate and really seemed to care about my well being. He also seemed very knowledgeable in his field. First impression was favorable.

Trying to book an appointment online is very difficult-- it asks me to pick a week and then it searches to see if there's an appointment in that week. After going through about 2 months of no appointments available, I finally called the office and was able to get an appointment scheduled easily! Dr. Cooper is a fabulous PCP. I am a retired internist myself, so I know how wonderful it is to get a great PCP who listens to my concernsmakes and makes the requests or referrals I ask for when they are reasonable. He also actually does do a physical exam, which many providers do not do on a [ID] Wellness exam, since it is not a requirement of that exam. He has great recommendations, knowledgeable, understanding and a good listener--all the important traits needed in a great PCP. I am very grateful to have him as my PCP. I have recommended him highly to friends, but I believe he may be at capacity, so they are not able to get appointments with him. That, in itself, is proof of how much he is appreciated!

This was my first time with this provider and my appointment was only to establish care with this provider. Granted, he listened and offered feedback and I found it to be a pleasant visit. He wasn't trying run out the door as soon as he got in there so I appreciated that. Labs and blood work was ordered and my results and his follow occurred within 24 hours of receiving all test results.

Dr. Cooper IS an excellent physician, caring, reassuring, thoughtful, and professional. He provides clear evaluations of test results and the possible implications for me. A quality physician!

I was seen by RN who consulted with Dr Cooper.

Problem solving and options were discussed. Suggestions surfaced about handling my current condition, and they have proven that small changes can be very helpful.

Have not had bad experience thus far

Dr. Cooper is a very bright, experienced, kind and nice doctor, he just has way too much time pressure on him, so I think he had a preconceived idea of what was wrong with me, without asking me. But all of medicine is a GIANT trial and error based on past, that is why it is called the "practice of medicine" and not the "perfection of medicine. :)"

This all worked well after I walked in to make an appointment. Trying to do so on the phone didn't work

Dr. Cooper listened to my concerns, set me up for scans that showed I had renal cancer. Then he advised me on my follow up treatment. It was great care.

Dr Cooper, has been a very caring and intelligent provider. His notes on my chart have been very helpful to me, however, this time it appears his notes are less personal and may have been the result of using AI, not sure. Otherwise, I am totally happy with my care by Dr. Cooper,.

Only thing is that I started my annual exams in April of every year and now I am in August because you couldn't get an appointment. Hard to get in.

My former physician left her practice. I saw Dr Cooper to establish a new Primary Care Doctor. I was very impressed with our first meeting. His explanations were clear and concise. He was friendly, caring and professional. I left the office and was very happy that Dr. Cooper would be my PCP going forward. It is hard to change doctors. My initial meeting with Dr Cooper made the transition very easy. I feel lucky to have him as my PCP!

I was recently admitted to your hospital and diagnosed with a [ID] Disease and [ID]. I was instructed to see a Neurologist ASAP. When I contacted [ID] Neurology I was advised that the earliest they could get me in was February of 2025. I am having some problems I think are associated with the [ID] and Memory problems, balance issues and being tired. Let me finish by saying I have always received the Best Care from everyone at the Providence Medical Group.
