Everyone in this office is very friendly and helpful.

I was comfortable asking questions. All were answered thoughtfully and respectfully. She was not rushed, allowing me time I required to talk to her. It was an excellent appointment, I left very well satisfied

The nurse practitioner was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the situation so I was happy to hear that she was able to get the results she wanted for my situation.

NP Ressie Ramos was a big help to my aunt. Not only referring her to do different lab work but also following up on her patients. She was doing more of a doctor. I wish she could continue on her career to be a doctor. She will be a big assets to your company. She will be one of the best doctors to Facey Medical Group.

My experience with Facey and all the doctors has been very good and I am very happy with the level of care they provide.

Ressie is always kind and takes care of things I need. There was a different patient's label on the form they have you fill out as to "why you are there". So I'm sure my patient label ended up on someone else's form. Just a friendly reminder to stay diligent with paying attention to small details like this.
