Best provider ever! She even made it so much easier and possible for me to get my Pap with my toddler present since I had no sitter for him available. I absolutely love her professionalism, attentiveness, and empathy. She goes above and beyond for her patients. This medical office rocks!

To be clearI go to Urgent Care for any issues that occur outside of my yearly checkup because since Covid Dr Johnston is in such high demand I cannot wait for an appt. She is a wonderful doctor and I am lucky to have her for my assigned Physician.

This provider was excellent.

This is the second appt with Dr. Johnston and it was just OK. She listened, but didn't ask many questions or provide much comfort or information. She didn't really explain what tests she was ordering or what they were testing for, and missed a really important one IMHO. Her notes on my lab results were too brief and I was left with questions. She spent sufficient time with me but she didn't do much to create a trusted doctor/patient relationship.

I did not want to see a PCP. I requested an appointment for a menopause specialist / endocrinologist, but the person scheduling the appointment put me in with the wrong doctor. Dr. Johnston was absolutely fantastic, but she was not the doctor I wanted to see.

Clarification: Dr Johnston always answers questions from me very promptly via mychart - I don't phone the office except for scheduling Dr Johnston and her staff are excellent Hard to see her sometimes because she's so popular - I schedule ahead as much as possible

I was shocked that I sent a message after hours and by the time I woke up there was a messafa and avoicemal follow up. Friendly, responsive, listened, and knowledgeable. Eased my mind about the issue and questions I had and was able to get a great night's sleep after my visit.

My Doctor is wonderful but the time I waited to be seen was ridiculous. I waited for a whole hour, the scheduling team should be smarter when scheduling patients, PLEASE.
