Seema M. Johnston, MD

This is the second appt with Dr. Johnston and it was just OK. She listened, but didn't ask many questions or provide much comfort or information. She didn't really explain what tests she was ordering or what they were testing for, and missed a really important one IMHO. Her notes on my lab results were too brief and I was left with questions. She spent sufficient time with me but she didn't do much to create a trusted doctor/patient relationship.

She's easy to talk to, and listens to my concerns Usually has appropriate responses

Just a great doctor

I did not want to see a PCP. I requested an appointment for a menopause specialist / endocrinologist, but the person scheduling the appointment put me in with the wrong doctor. Dr. Johnston was absolutely fantastic, but she was not the doctor I wanted to see.

Clarification: Dr Johnston always answers questions from me very promptly via mychart - I don't phone the office except for scheduling Dr Johnston and her staff are excellent Hard to see her sometimes because she's so popular - I schedule ahead as much as possible

I was shocked that I sent a message after hours and by the time I woke up there was a messafa and avoicemal follow up. Friendly, responsive, listened, and knowledgeable. Eased my mind about the issue and questions I had and was able to get a great night's sleep after my visit.

My Doctor is wonderful but the time I waited to be seen was ridiculous. I waited for a whole hour, the scheduling team should be smarter when scheduling patients, PLEASE.

The doctor is great, it will be great if they still have the scriba so they can focus more in the pacient. The front desk clerks can be a little bit more polite. The other staff was great!

Dr. Seema is great. Always makes me feel comfortable and listens to what I have to say.

She is a young doctor and I feel she is very educated and competent. She wants to hear what I say and is patient, never rushing me and will ask questions if uncertain. She appears to know everything going on and provides answers if I am unclear on something. She looks at everything test, medicines even if the tests info has been looked at by other doctors she will still look at everything and make sure they have given me appropriate care and so she can give appropriate care. You can see it in her facial expressions how much thought is going into my health.

I really like Dr. Johnston. She seemed to understand and talked with me fully to understand my concerns.Her assistant, however, could not read my list of medications because they were written in cursive, which I found somewhat disconcerting.

This was an initial visit. My first time seeing this doctor.But I was very satisfied with her.I specifically asked for a female doctor as that's what I prefer, and I was very pleased with the choice I made.All the staff are very courteous and everything seemed to go smoothly and I am confident that they will help me on my course back to better health

I love Dr. Johnston! She has been my doctor for years now and my favorite things about her are how knowledgeable she is and how much she really cares about me and my health. She always explains things thoroughly and asks me if I have any questions or anything else I want to discuss with her. She makes me feel like she's taking care of one of her own family members.
