I left with a clear understanding of my condition and the next steps to take.One piece of constructive feedback: while checking In the receptionist rattled off about 10-15 medical conditions at rapid fire speed and then asked If I had any If these. That was not a question I could accurately answer. I would suggest asking only a few questions at a time.

No one from the office called me to follow up on test results. I contacted office thru MyChart twice, and then was told to call the office to make an appointment . When I did call, I had to push hard to get the appointment. It was very frustrating. Once I was in the office it was great, everyone was great as usual and the Dr spent so much time with me. He is wonderful!
