Emma Klein is one of the best providers. She is very knowledgeable, kind, good listener and cares for her patient. She also follows up on test results with her patient. The staff at Providence are very courteous as well.

Emma Klein is a PA I've seen a couple times. She is excellent, very good listener, responds to need for X-rays or alternate solutions. I'm thrilled she's available when dr delily is unavailable.

This was my first time seeing Emma Klein and I was very pleased with how well she listened to me about my health concern that I was visiting for.

Had an excellent visit with Emma. The visit was mostly a Meds check three months into new meds I'm taking for diabetes. She was very easy to talk with and encouraging in reviewing my progress. I hadn't had new labs to review but will be getting labs shortly.

Pleasant experience

This is care as it should be, from the woman who took my call, to the RN who called me back, assessed the problem and scheduled me for the next am to the checkin to the assistent who took my history to the wonderful knowledgeable PA, and finally the xray tech who was fun and efficient. The follow uo after xray and lab in my chart was prompt! Thank you. Now that was interdisciplinary care at it's finest

First telehealth visit with this provider. I see this provider when I am unable to see my regular PCP. I had a positive COVID test on Sunday and I was able to have my virtual visit on Monday and get a prescription for antivirals that same afternoon/evening and take my first dose that same night.This type of visit and care by this provider was perfect for my needs as I did not have to visit the office and potentially expose others to COVID.

Dr. Emma was very informed about my illness and explained my condition and what medicines I needed to make me improve and what they would do for me. If I didn't improve to call. I felt comfortable talking with her. I am feeling better.

This was the first time that I have seen Emma Klein, she was very professional, understanding and explained things in great detail. I liked her a lot. I hope that I get to see her again. She is a breath of fresh air in that surgery.

I had an excellent experience. This was my very first visit with this clinician and in this network, so they did not yet have all of the necessary information about me and my health history. Some of the questions asked on this survey were not applicable because I have not been in the providence network for 3 months. I am extremely satisfied with the care and attention I received with Ms. Klein and have already received all necessary referrals and follow up appointments. I'm so impressed with the quality of care I received and the efficiency of the office and staff that I will be switching my husband over to the same PCP starting next month.

Emma was very attentive and made me feel that I was a part of my health plan. She phoned me several days later to see how I was doing and to relate and explain my test results.
