I waited for my appointment 30 minutes before been called in and then another 15 minutes to see the Dr. She is very polite but seem to always be in a rush

Dr. Duc Te is compassionate and soothing when hearing about my health concerns/issues. She explains the condition and the best course of action. Dr. Te is patient, kind, and assertive. Great doctor!

Dr. Te spends time understanding my concerns and providing detailed treatment options. She Is gentle and considerate in her delivery. It is difficult to schedule appointments with her and usually takes 2-3 months. Unfortunate but understandable since she treats her patients with care and respect... Traits that aren't often seen by medical professionals. The only time the check in staff on the 2nd floor or laboratory smiles is when they are laughing at each others comments. It's unfortunate they are the first point of contact at Facey.

Dr. Te is a good doctor. It's great to know she is listening and hears what I say and seems to note it and respect it, even though she has to listen while looking and inputting at the computer. I'm in the 45-55 crowd so having the computer in the room can feel impersonal, but I can see it serves good purpose that the concerns I've asked about get reviewed, covered, and put Into my wonderful portal. I've seen Dr. Te several times this year and each time I'm very satisfied with my care.
