The staff and doctor were extremely nice,patient,polite ,informative and knowledgeable. The doctor listened to my symptoms of respiratory and this virus I seemed to keep getting. Antibiotics were prescribed, they seem to be helping, just waiting on the congestion to leave my chest

My emotional well being is fragile right now due to the loss of my Mom and the NP was compassionate and understanding and listened to my concerns and gave me some helpful information regarding my grief.

I was ill & sent my care team a message asking what I could do treatment and received a call within an hour to schedule a telehealth appointment with Ms. Lopez, nurse practitioner. I wasn't really expecting a call and was thankful that they were so concerned about me to check on me then schedule an appointment to determine the proper treatment.
