My doctor was well versed in my medical conditions and listened carefully to the changes that were occurring in my various health conditions. She involved my observations in recommendations for changes in medications and for further referrals. She's the best.

Dr. Ramanujam is the best doctor I've ever seen! She was so thorough and really listened to all my concerns. She knew my medical history exceptionally well. She even remembered I have a benign breast mass I completely forgot about. I have very bad anxiety with pap smears but she was so gentle, patient, understanding and kind. The pap smear went so smoothly. I could not recommend her more-- she is absolutely wonderful!

I am fortunate Dr. Nella Ramanujam became my care provider about a year ago. I feel good and very confident I will live healthier under her care as my PCP. She Is sharp and surprises me how much she accomplishes during my visit, as If she knows by heart the history of my Illnesses. During her maternity leave, she made me feel that her team of doctors are ready when I needed anyone of them. Just received a letter from Facey about her Impending transfer to the Porter Ranch, CA facility. For my concern, she Invited me to schedule my visits there in 2025. I live only 1.5 miles from the mission Hills facility but since I can safely drive to Porter Ranch, I have decided to call that facility for my next appointment In Mar. 2025. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to thank her through this survey.

Dr. Ramanujam is absolutely a great provider. She makes you feel like a real human and not just another patient. She greets you with good energy, listens and responds to concerns with care. Lastly, she often leaves time for any last minute health questions so we can walk away with a new/revised health plan and a peace of mind. I would highly recommend her to other people looking for an amazing doctor!

I feel good and optimistic of my health under the care of Dr. Neela Ramanujam. The last 3 months have been very productive evaluating my colon, heart, kidney and managing my borderline type-2 diabetes. She has laid-out a preventive care plan well way ahead of in the calendar to monitor the rest of the important remaining tests due like diabetic foot exam, Diabetes nephropathy screening, adult wellness and vaccines I need. The MyChart is a superb medium. Dr. Neela and Facey Medical Group are tops.

My visits with Dr. Neela has always been pleasant and informative. I appreciate the time she takes with me and makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I'm very happy that she's my doctor.

My primary care Dr was not available and I was given an immediate option to see another Dr for an urgent check of a debilitating injury to my knee. Xrays were taken and an MRI suggested to initiate the diagnosis. I was very pleased with the process.
