Some of these questions were tricky to answer because this was my first visit to see Dr. Basen and I don't think my situation applied to the questions asked during this survey. My previous doctor was with [ID] Medical Group in [Location], Ca. I moved to [Location] looking for a primary care physician. Dr. Basen was very friendly, attentive, helpful and professional during my appt. I will see her soon for my full physical.

Dr. Basen is extremely knowledgeable, patient and very friendly. She always takes the time to ask me how I am and listen to my questions and concerns. I am so happy that I am her patient and lucky that I found her.

Dr Basen takes the time to listen and she explains things in an understandable way! I feel she really cares for my wellbeing!

Dr. Basen is very approachable and knowledgeable. This appt was for my husband and was his first visit. We both felt very comfortable with her thoroughness and kind manner. Dr. Basen is a very pleasant, caring, and very thorough Dr. She has given me an awareness of importance in being hydrated as I was dehydrated; helped me reduce my meds which relieved me of lack of energy and very low blood pressure; my blood tests shows I m going in the right direction; my high sugar level is decreasing; encouraged to have 3 meals a day vs 1 or 2; and getting back to exercising regularly since Covid. I do appreciate her great medical insights. She is referring me to Specialists in the group, amazing young Dr. Thank you!

I felt like the Dr was providing answers to my questions that were regurgitated from medical books 10 years ago. I didn't feel like my questions regarding vitamins and supplements were answered with the most up to date information. I would like to know causes of why things are happening in my body not just be told to take medication to mask a symptom.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Baden, so I cannot yet say that I recommend her. She was very pleasant and my first visit with her to get established as a new patient went well.

This was the first time I visited Dr Basen. She was very thorough and knowledgeable! She had already reviewed my medical history before I arrived. She answered all of my questions and really seemed to want to solve my medical issues. She explained things in a way that I could understand. I appreciate her help! I love the location! Parking is close and there is no parking fee! The office staff was very nice and helpful!

Dr Basen and her staff were extremely courteous and the doctor was extremely attentive.I enjoyed my first visit with her very much.

This visit was for a new patient consult so answering some of these questions was difficult since I don't have any history with the doctor or the clinic. With that said, my initial visit went very well and I confidently say that I would recommend the doctor based upon my initial experience.

I recently switched from another medical group to this one. It is refreshing to be greeted and treated by polite and respectful staff. It was also extremely impressive to be seem within minutes of my scheduled appointment time and not having to wait 20 to 50 minutes which was the norm at my previous medical group and providers. A++ service!

Appreciate her medical expertise. Being my first visit, it would be difficult to answer completely. She authorized a complete blood test and my numbers were high in some areas. I have a follow-up appointment on july [Date], and probably cover prescription adjustments and see what needs to be considered after their review of my blood pressure readings and intake/outtake of urine (kidney worsening). Will send text next week to see duration of BP/Urine recording.
