I was in and out pretty quickly including lab work and I got all my medications refilled and also about 4 referrals. I feel fortunate to have Dr Asadi as my doctor. She is very knowledgeable and very caring. I am glad I am able to attend this institution. Everyone from the nurses, phlebotomist, security guards to the check-in staff are all very nice and friendly. Also, the nurses are very good at calling the next day with test results. I get great care at Hawthorne Primary Institute. Thank you all so very much, I feel I am in good hands. :0) God bless you all!!

From the front office to our time we spent with Dr Asidi was excellent service! Everyone is so kind to us even the gentleman who sits at the front door before we check in is really nice! There is always excellent care from front staff and the nurses and provider. The level of professionalism and also cleanliness.

The office in Hawthorne runs smooth and efficiently. My wait time is a few minutes only because I arrive early. Staff is always pleasant, starting with the security guard and the man in the front making sure I don't have Covid. Dr Sara Asadi listens to my health concerns and is proactive and supportive.

Always on time and usually before scheduled appointment, always answers MyChart for prescription refills. Great service Doctor, and nurse that always help me. Love going there, the office is new, clean, very well furnished with wall pictures and furniture. The security officers are extremely efficient.

I really enjoyed my visit with my Provider.I used to be with another group. I had a fracture and had to go to the emergency room. The care that was provided to me was excellent. By ProvidenceI asked my insurance to please let me sign up with this group. I have been very pleased with their patience and experience and the great way they treated me.

Overall the doctor and nurses took there time to explain any questions or concerns I may have had. When I took blood work I didn't need to wait too long.

I must add I wasn't to thrilled with my physical therapy services I received earlier this year for my left arm and shoulder. Overall none of us is perfect .
