Dr. Wu picked up on the pain I have experienced during my hip replacement rehab which has been in-process since [Date] 2021. He referred to an Orthopedist for a followup to see if something else is causing my leg pain during physical therapy exercise sessions.

I've always had good care at Saint Jude/ Providence

This was the first time I met provider, he met my expectations. He offered and provided referrals easily. He put in lab orders for follow up needed that had been ordered by my previous doctor.

Taking me off of B/P med cold turkey is not a good thing.

Dr. Wu was very thorough and satisfactorily answered my questions and concerns. He is an asset to your organization.

Dr Wu could only provide his knowledge to an extent with my inner ear problems which included tinnitus, loss of hearing and dizziness. He referred me to an ENT as urgent and to increase my dosage of medicine. That's all I could expect from this visit.

Dr. Wu promptly answers all the questions that I have whenever I ask. Even when I send a message to him thru mychart he always answers right away. I appreciate his understanding and help. He provides excellent care to his patients with compassion and care. Thank you.

Dr Wu is an exceptional doctor. He is so attentive to my [Date of Birth] year old Mother. He is patient with her and pays attention and listens to her concerns. His care is based on her quality of life and weighs the pros and cons of treatments and prescriptions. I highly recommend him and have told several people to pass on the word that he is here in the community.

I have never had such a bad experience with meeting a doctor for the first time before. I left that office in tears and don't ever want to experience that again or need to see that doctor again. To be told if I got pregnant I would have a high risk pregnancy and end up with diabetes due to my weight and be told I need to be on a weight loss medication. I should've been given a cough medicine for being sick instead of being told about a weight loss medication. Not the experience I expected for it being my first time at that practice let alone at St Jude in general. And when scheduling the appointment I told the scheduling staff what I was going in for, they should know what the doctor can/can't do. I should also be told when I have a copay because I wasn't aware of a copay that day so that was a surprise since I said it was a physical appointment, no one said otherwise when calling to confirm the appointment. Information is nice to know when calling and confirming appointments.
