Dr. Alias, has been my doctor for at least15 plus years and she listen, explains things in lay person's terms, is calm, respectful, even in my ignorance of some symptoms, very smart, helps allay fears( unreasonable), refers to specialist when she determines the need and has a positive attitude. Dr A did a comprehensive review of my records. When I read her notes on MyChart I was impressed that she "heard" me.

The wait was long, the Dr. Seemes very bothered that I had a cold. She had us switch rooms. My visit was very rushed, she kept trying to walk out when I still had questions to ask. I had to stop her about 3x. I was very shocked. I've delivered all 3 of my babies at St. Jude hospital and my OB is right next door and I've never had any issues.

Dr. AMY ALIAS, is a very good dr. I appreciate the fact that she leaves no stone unturned to figure out a symptom or a pain that I as a patient experience. Sometimes not this last appointment but in the past she has run late but I understand because I know that she has taken the time to give the same type of care.She gives me to all her patients.

We were so pressed for time and I had so many afflictions, we did not cover a few of my most important afflictions, namely my right hip pain due to torn tendon and torn cartilage and arthritis, and my spinal cord constriction since my surgery laminectomy, 4th & 5th lumber, over ten years ago. We focused on my ovarian cyst surgery, one year ago. Her concerns were new and valid, and I appreciated her in-depth insights and referrals.

Dr Alias is always very thorough and compassionate.

Dr. Alias provided many lifestyle changes I could make to improve my sleep and followed up via message with me when I had prescription questions. I admire her professionalism and commitment to her patients health and concerns!

I was not seen by my provider until almost an hour after my appointment time. My provider did not provide any apologies and seemed to want to rush out. I had to stop her to ask my questions but she was quick to answer or to let me know that she's referring me elsewhere. I felt like my appointment is very rushed.

Loved the staff and my Doctor especially because she was seeing me with one hand tied behind her back her computer in the waiting in the room the patient room was not bringing up any of my information so she had to go to her office. Read all the information and then come back and convey it to me that is not her problem that's an IT problem so I appreciate the extra effort. Im not happy with my last visit because she was an hour late with seeing me. Only after speaking to her supervisor about hwr being late to the appointment that she called on my wY home to discuss the visit. Then had rhe audacity to say ahe was late with seeing me because she didn't manage her time with her patients. Then made me feel rushed with our phone discussion. She knew I wasn't happy with her that's why she called bit because she cared.

We did a phone conversation and it was helpful.

Dr was on call so she had to address a lot of calls before my appt . Waited 35m. It was a holiday weekend so no worries

This was my periodical appointment but came in with a sore throat. I was diagnosed with a cold and was prescribed an antibiotic which helped me recover quickly. My doctor is very thorough in making sure that I have completed or scheduled my appointments for all my medical issues.

Explains everything to patients. Very easy, friendly and attentative to patient's needs.

All is well. The only concern I have is my need for a bigger blood pressure cuff. The current cuffs cause pain and leave me with bruises.

However, I dont like that she doesn't follow up when my test results come through to check on me or explain the results amongst other things like not knowing what's going on with me and she's always in s hurry no patience.This visit with her was good, prior to this visit I haven't been happy with her as a doctor.
