Our experience with Dr. Lee, including my husband and son, have been excellent. The past few years when my husband was diagnosed with cancer, she will always call to check on him, mid day, evenings or even weekends. When we needed her help for referrals for my husband, she'll do It right away. When my husband passed away last year, she will always check on me, how I am doing. When I visited her in her clinic, after my husband passed away, she saw me crying, she would make time to talk to me and not rushed me. I feel her sincere sympathy. Not many doctors are like that, normally they would just be in a rush to go to their next patient.I/we found our doctor and we love her.

On more than one occasion, my appointment was canceled (from FACEY's end), which is typically not a problem - I understand that things happen. However, each time they cancel an appointment, I'm told the next available appointment (in person) is approximately 3-months away. Fortunately, as a follow-up appointment, it's not critical for me to be seen right away. I am hopeful that if I did have an urgent need that I'd be able to be seen sooner.Overall, I am very pleased with the physicians that practice at Facey. The staff has always been cheerful, welcoming and efficient as they triage my vitals.
