Dr Drumm is the best orthopedic MD there is!

From the moment you walk into Dr Drumm's office Everyone was so friendly and greeted me right away. I didn't wait very long in the reception area and was called back right away. Iintake and XRays were taken and I saw the Surgeon right on time. He took a lot of time with me and answered my questions and explained other topics as well. I'm very nervous for this surgery but wouldn't want anyone but him to do this procedure. All the staff and Lab techs are so wonderful

Dr. Drum is one of the best physicians I've ever gone to. He's extremely caring takes his time. Make sure that you feel heard and cared about.

The main reason that I asked to see Dr. Drumm for my upcoming knee replacements is because I broke my hip in January and Dr. Drumm was the surgeon on call. I , being nearly 80 and on oxygen at the time was fearful to even have surgery. Dr Drumm prayed with me and I felt completely confident that my surgery would go well. I healed extremely fast and knowing I was to have knee surgery , which had been postponed, I wanted the best surgeon so when I was able to get off oxygen , I contacted Providence Orthopedic.

The provider had recommended a partial knee for me. When I asked how many he had done this year, he hadn't done any. I changed to wanting a total knee, which is what he's familiar with. That was the only downside of this experience otherwise it was very nice. Also, somehow in the conversation, I misunderstood that he would be cutting my tendons, but thankfully he cleared that up in a MyChart message. He does not cut any tendons. The clarification was very helpful. I appreciated it very kind.

Had total knee surgery today and it was difficult to answer this survey in regards to that. I really want to tell you Dr. Drumm is a skilled provider. It took 6 months to finally meet him but I got great care from his ARNP's. What helped me today is he asked if he could pray over me. That touched me deeply and helped me get through the pre-op jitters. I will never forget how heart felt his prayer was! Class Act!

Dr Drumm my orthopedist took the time wit me to make I understood the outcome of my surgery. Made time to answer questions.

Nothing really bad... Anyone in pain is usually really anxious to get treated and get well right away, so I think all patients would like things to happen faster. Pain makes us frustrated and impatient... So it's tough to be too thrilled with treatment until it's all over. The doctors, nurses, and staff were all very professional and covered all the bases.

This provider replaced my hip this past January, he came into the room and came right over and hugged me then started talking to my husband regarding his left knee. Dr. Listened to my husband intently. After checking my husband's knee out, Dr. Said what he thought was causing the knee to be so painful. After disgusting the game plan for the knee, Dr. Hugged me once again and I thanked him for giving my life back to me with a new hip and off he went. This Dr. Is AMAZING!! He is so nice and seems to know what he is doing! We are so glad that we are his patients.

Most every experience was very pleasant and efficient. However, better communication concerning pre-op requirements would have been appreciated. That aside, every receptionist, scheduler, PA, and doctor I interacted with was kind, friendly, efficient, and made me feel comfortable with the level of care I was receiving.

Dr. Drumm is a great orthopedic surgeon!! He has great bedside manner and listen to me when I'm trying to explain my concerns. I had total knee replacement surgery and the recovery time was so much faster ! No overnight stay in hospital, physical therapy day after surgery x2 a week for 6 -12 weeks .
