Dr. Tim Byun is a board-certified Hematologist/Medical Oncologist practicing for over 20 years in Orange County. He completed medical school at Rush Medical School in Chicago followed by Internal Medicine Residency, Hematology/Oncology Fellowship at University of California, Irvine. He is a staff physician at Providence St. Joseph Hospital.
Dr. Byun’s areas of expertise and clinical areas of interest includes general hematology, medical oncology, and clinical cancer research. He values comprehensive, compassionate care which frequently needs interdisciplinary approach. He has been involved in cancer research and published in medical journals. He has received awards including OCMA physician of excellence.
