I am very comfortable with my health care provider and my whole team and appreciate the care they give and their professionalism.

I have been very happy with Dr Jiang as my medical oncologist! She explains everything very clearly and allows ample time for questions and discussion. She knows that getting a cancer diagnosis is very frightening and strives to reduce the anxiety around that!

The scheduling team were able to accommodate us and give us the earliest possible Appt , although at one time the waiting on the phone for scheduling takes more than 15 minutes or return call for scheduling was not returned until after 24 hrs, but other wise the staff was accommodating and works on the earliest schedule possible. Our experience with our doctor and her staff was good. Thank you.

I was very pleased at how knowledgeable and caring Dr. Jiang was during my last visit. I was also grateful that she accepted my son's questions and input as he was with me and is a neuro pathologist.

I have decided to turn all medical care over to the Leonard Cancer Center and Dr. Jiang because of her excellent care and the friendliness of the Leonard Cancer Center. The center is to be commended for its good medical care and compassion. It's a very friendly team.

Experience was very good

Ive been really pleased with all my visits. Everyone has been very helpful. All my questions and concerns were answered.

I came in to see this doctor with a history of anemia and had prior had two infusions in another state. Tenn. For some reason here in California, these doctors wanted me to take oral iron even though I told them I can't handle oral iron that well. It gets me reflux to the point that I have a difficulty breathing It took six months of me trying to take the oral iron every other day but I couldn't take it that much so my numbers were never picking up or doing well and finally after six months, they recommended the iron infusions. And that is what did the trick. I do wish I hadn't had to wait six months and deal with the out of breath and inability to exercise. I have since then gained [ID] pounds. But that could be hormonal changes as well. But the care I received, while getting the iron infusions for 4 weeks, by the nursing staff was exceptional. Extremely kind, pleasant knowledgeable, professional, beautiful atmosphere while I was getting the infusions. I felt so comfortable and so grateful to get these iron infusions. I knew that I needed it six months ago when I first came there. I am thankful that my doctor came to the conclusion though it did take six months. I'm glad that she was able to recommend that I get the infusion because I knew that's what I needed. Since I had had this prior in the last couple years in another state. I'm very thankful that she came to this conclusion. For some reason, though over here in California, they wanted me to take iron even though I told them it gives me reflux. So in Tennessee I told them it gives me reflux because it did and that was enough for them to give me the infusions instead of having me try the oral iron for another six months. Dr jiang is a personable and professional Dr that is attentive, kind, cautious and respectful.
