Dr Bagga was very surprised at my weight loss (I still have more to lose). I told her I radically changed my diet because I was getting tired of being sick - headaches, diarrhea, stomachaches. I no longer have flour-made products, cereals (except pure oatmeal), sodium nitrate products, and dairy. Eat fruit & vegies, chicken & fish, rice or potatoes- healthier things. Dr Bagga was very impressed & happy for me.
