From when I was first assigned to be her patient after discovering that I had breast cancer; until today, more than 6 years later, Dr Patel continues to be one of my favorite doctors because of her commitment to, and interest in, my continuing care. She shows compassionate interest and care in my overall life as it pertains to my experience with cancer and life afterwards. Again, Dr Patel is the BEST!!!

Usually blood work is ordered prior to my appointment. At my appointment the doctor goes over my results.

I had to stand and wait for the staff to finish chatting and giggling for the acknowledged I was in line. I was the first appointment with a doctor and have to wait over 30 minutes for her to come in. She checked out my breast and said everything looked good. I said I would hope so because that's the other breast that happy lumpectomy radiation. The schedule is not very patient friendly. I have to take a whole day off of work just to see her which is ridiculous. I don't think she does video visits which would be really helpful.

Dr. Patel was aware of all my medical conditions and asked about each one. She also provided expert advice on future care and what role I could play in my health progress. She spent a lot of time with me and was very pleasant.

Dr. Patel seems to really care about her patients. I'm in remission from cancer and I tend to become anemic from the medication I'm on. She keeps a close eye on me. She's very direct and discusses anything I'm concerned about. I love her!

Dr. Patel is a very thorough physician. She not only checks on your current issue but also considers what MAY come up in future regarding problem I am seeing her for and my other problems. One of the kindest efficient friendly and through doctor I have ever seen.

I think that Dr. Patel is frustrated with my situation. I appreciate her candor but when I showed emotion because of my chronic pain she called me a crybaby. She said that I was smart and should have determined that I need to see the neurosurgeon to discuss back surgery. Btw, I do not want back surgery until I have exhausted all other efforts. I do not believe I need an oncologist so I may stop seeing her.

I know that she is extremely attentive and very well informed about my health and treatment options. I always feel heard and she is open to any ideas that I have and treats me with respect and care. I am very happy and secure in her care.

She requested ultrasound sooner than scheduled routine after we discussed pain in breast which had lumpectomy almost 3 years ago. I was deeply concerned and l was very anxious since regular scans were not due for months. I was very satisfied that she was able to arrange for ultrasound on right side since I was very stressed about changes.

I love my doctor, technician and admin staff. The only issue is the parking. Is it possible to have assigned parking spots for chemo patients? They have them for radiation patients. Thank you.

Dr Patel is an excellent physician. I trust her implicitly and rely heavily on her advice and expertise regarding any Issues with cancer. I did not answer questions about follow-up on blood test as she goes over the important items at the time of visit. Also, I did not answer question about discussion about medicines as she has not prescribed any for me and my prescriptions were from various doctors and they were not St Jude doctors.

Doctor spends much of my time with her looking at the computer screen, it was never like that in the past.
