Dr Austin is very professional knowledgeable & immediately addressed my physical problem & preformed a biopsy on my uterus I am awaiting results. She was so very kind gentle in a difficult situation. I'm so appreciative for her high quality care Staff wonderful as well!

The staff here is knowable and respectful. They listen to my concerns without judgement. My experience have been nothing but wonderful!!

Dr. Austin is one of your best Doctors. She must be highly sought after because she is difficult to get in to see as a new patient. She is well worth the wait! Your scheduling system/phone at Swedish leaves ALOT to be desired. I have waited up to 25 minutes to speak to a person. You really need to improve on this!!!

Provider is patient, kind, and knowledgeable. Scheduler is also very knowledgeable and caring. Callback time for scheduling is longer than would be preferred. My impression is this is a function of provider's large caseload.
