Nicole B. Face, PA-C

I am new to this practice as my previous oncology surgeon has retired. Everyone who has helped me, in each visit, has been wonderful. This time I was late due to missing a ferry and even though I was the last patient of the day I was treated with care and kindness, which meant so much to me.

I am very grateful for all the support I've had from this team of oncologist specialists.

I've never had a provider ask as many question or explain in such a clear and caring way that this provider did. She never appeared rushed. She explained the what's and why's. She cared that I fully understood and that I was being well taken care of. I appreciated her concerns about the reactions I was having with my chemo therapy drugs. Though I was reluctant at first when she wanted to add an anti-anxiety med with my chemo, I agreed and appreciated it so much. The adjustment she made to my chemo helped my chemo to be well tolerated. I appreciated that!

I drive almost 2 hours to see this provider every 6 months. The front desk always knows that traffic is a huge issue and that I'm coming from so far away. I was 10 minutes late for this visit and they told me to never worry about it. It was a real relief because I leave early but traffic still can make ne late.
