Dr Floyd's is by far the best Doctor I have ever seen and at the age of 85 that is a lot of doctors!! I hve completel trust and faith in this man. The day he decides to retire , I will be happy for him but as my doctor I will miss him a lot. He will be impossible to replace!!! That being said a ten is not a good enough grade for for him and his staff. That being said you can use my name any time in regard to my feelings regarding Dr John Floyd!!

But the next morning about 7:15 he called me again to make sure I had received the message and understood his instructions. We love Dr Floyd (he is my husband's provider in addition to my mother). His office staff are always polite and helpful, and we are almost always seen in a very timely fashion (especially as compared to some other doctor's offices in town). The only problem we have ever had is in getting things ordered correctly. My Mom has needed regular iron infusions, which have been ordered 4 times now, and every order required multiple phone calls to both the office, the hospital, and the insurance company because things weren't ordered correctly or there was something else they needed. This has added significant delays to her receiving treatment and has been very frustrating. Other than that, I can't say enough good things about the office, providers, and staff. Just wanted to relay this information to prevent others from having the same frustrations. Thank you.
