Overall, a good experience with this provider and office staff. My answers may seem all over the place as I have recently moved from another country where healthcare is a vastly different experience, so all the 'in the last three months' didn't really apply to me. Appointments were difficult to get and I happened to get this appointment with the provider as the appointment I made with the specialist was cancelled and I was 'assigned' to the provider. The staff was kind and helpful. Getting appointments for the referrals given has been a nightmare.

I only receive care from Providence in Hawthorne.. EVERY SINGLE PERSON I have encountered are extremely nice, warm hearted, & respectful. Both of my daughters also receive care here; I will be looking for a Dr for my adult son thru you. WONDERFUL STAFF, HANDS DOWN. No one ever has an attitude or mad they are at work.

The P.A. Jennifer Lee, was very helpful..addressed my concerns and gave me helpful tips on my nutrition.

Dr. Lee Is not my usual care provider. She was able to see me on short notice to review progress on managing my blood pressure. She was professional and courteous and was able to answer questions and address concerns even though she is not my usual provider.
