I have complete confidence in Dr Gilsdorf. He explained in detail what he will be doing in every step of the surgery and what the possible consequences would be for recovery. He explained the recovery period in detail and answered every question I had. He had thoroughly reviewed my medical chart in preparation for my office visit and knew what had been happening that required surgery. He seemed genuinely concerned about my health problems. He explained any possible complications that could happen during the surgery.

I was so pleased with the visit I had with the Dr. He was so attentive to my problem and gave me the pros and cons of a surgery to take care of my issues.

Usually a good visit but sometimes there's a wait a little longer than expected.

From the front desk to the provider all positive experience

Dr. Gilsdorf was incredible! When he noticed my braille reader he asked about it, and immediately asked questions about how he could make me most comfortable and be helpful with the problems with my eyesight. I've NEVER had a doctor care so much about that - including at my eye appointments! He was very friendly, patient, really considered my situation and other stressors in my life. I couldn't say enough about how great he is, and I would score him higher than 10 if I could!

I feel Dr. Gilsdorf is an excellent surgeon. He is very easy to talk to and responds well to questions. While he must be extremely busy, I never have felt rushed or that I couldn't ask all of my questions.
