About Philip G. Smith
Early in life Dr. Smith found that he had a keen ability to fix things, often making them work better in the process. When he went on to medical school he discovered that this gift was also present in his work in the operating room. Today, as a general surgeon, he gets to use his hands to help people with challenging health concerns. He is passionate about patient education, taking extra time to help them understand their diagnosis, treatment options, expected results and, when appropriate, future limitations, he always strives for the best outcomes for his patients based on their goals and lifestyle.
