Hayley M. Cusick, PAC

Hayley Cusick, PA-C, was born and raised in Portland, Ore. She is dedicated to serving her community in the Pacific Northwest. "My passion for medicine and surgery started in the Human Physiology Department at the University of Oregon," says Hayley. "My passion grew through working as a medical assistant in Portland."

"I hope to bring enthusiasm and positive energy to my team and patients every day as well as provide quality care to all those who need it. My goal is ensure my patients are safe and well informed before and after surgery. My hope is that they will experience a smooth journey and excellent outcomes."

Hayley received her Bachelor of Science degree in Human Physiology from the University of Oregon and a Master of Science degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Pacific University in Forest Grove, Ore.
