About Greg M. Stroup
Greg Stroup, M.D., emphasizes personalized care that focuses on patient education and mutually determined goals. A graduate of Creighton University School of Medicine in Omaha, Neb., Dr. Stroup completed his internship and residency at the University of Utah Hospitals in Salt Lake City. His broad practice surgery and professional interests include cancer care, colorectal disorders, hernia repairs, venous/varicose vein disorders, abnormalities of the gallbladder and small intestines as well as colonoscopy and upper endoscopy. When not working, Dr. Stroup enjoys golf, running, cycling, skiing and frequent adventures with his two sons.

I saw Dr. Stroup for a specific issue. He explained it very clearly and discussed risks and concerns. The timeliness of the procedure is a longer wait than I would have wanted but his calendar is very full and the condition is non-life threatening.
