Was a good experience

I did my own preparation for the colonoscopy. The instructions the office gave me were not clear, were for a prescription cleanse material that was not available, and they did not tell me whether I had a prescription for medication to get it, or where to get it. I ended up using Target brand MuraLAX, which was readily available and got the job done.The doctor who did the procedure was very kind, and compassionate. I am grateful to Dr Lee and his staff for adding years to my life by removing a polyp.

I appreciated the research Michelle Hoops had done to answer questions for me that I had asked during our first visit. She went above and beyond.

For such a busy hospital, I felt well cared for and instructed...

Michele Hoops carefully assessed my gastro health issues that had been hurting or bothering for years, suggested some tests, reviewed the results carefully, and ultimately found the root cause of my health problems. I now feel mostly better from enzymes which compensate for my body's limitations and have a procedure planned to remove my gallbladder, which is causing the remainder of my symptoms. Thank you!!!

My series of appointments with Michele Hoops this summer were in-depth, required subsequent medical tests, and ultimately lead to finally diagnosing my gallbladder and pancreas dysfunction which has been causing me pain and discomfort for years. Michelle is a wonderful care provider. She throughly reviewed my medical records and listened to everything that I said. She immediately figured out what was wrong after over a month of my symptoms being ignored by other doctors. She took my symptoms seriously and ordered urgent tests that otherwise would have taken months to schedule. She had me come in for a follow up a week afterwards, explained my results and followed up with my request to receive surgery as soon as possible due to loss of work and pain. She called me back within the hour to say she found a time with her associate to perform the surgery 5 days later. I'm so grateful for her assistance and [Name(s)] Surgery for accommodating me so quickly. Additonally, Dr. Cassandra Kennedy who I was referred took very good care of me and I felt completely confident in her and the care that I received at [Name(s)] Hospital.
