Norma was probably one of the best ARNP's I've seen in a very long time, so thorough, not rushed, listened to my concerns, and gave me some great advice as how to care for my health issues.

I felt like my appt should have been scheduled sooner than it was. It took 2 months to get in. But when I went in for my spot everyone was great. The Dr was so kind and fabulous. Thank you all!

My caregiver was excellent. However, I spoke with her two weeks ago and the two tests that I am supposed to be scheduled for have not been contacted to schedule and is more of an urgent issue and still happening

During this appointment, the provider asked about the effectiveness of a prescription she had previously written for a medical issue unrelated to this appointment. After listening to my response to her question, she recognised that the dose needed to be adjusted. Within a couple of days after taking the new dose, my symptoms have disappeared and my well being significantly improved.
