Dr. Brooling was exceptional. He listened to everything I had to say and then gave me options for how to proceed. In giving me those he options, he gave me all the information I needed to make an informed decision.

It took a long time for me as a new patient to be approved before being eligible to schedule an appointment with a specialist Dr. Brooling as a new patient. I had to call several times and the scheduler did not not know why my status was pending for as long as one week thus preventing me to schedule an earlier appointment.Dr. Brooling was very informative and provided valuable information regarding my condition. And most of all he didn't seem rushed like other physicians and patiently answered my questions. His nurse/staff provided the written detailed instructions for my upcoming procedure which is Bravo upper endoscopy. The information even specified the dates when certain meds need to be stopped taking as I approach the procedure dates and very detail what to do and not to do. Many other hospitals and clinics no longer provide this information in writing which is unnerving for a patient to go through , where there are months go by without hearing any thing from the Physician office, onlly to receive a phone call the day before verbally regarding the procedure. It was very helpful to know what the procedures are about being explained in detail in written form way before the procedure. As a patient it is very important that I am well informed regarding the procedure being done to me. Many physicians are being very short-worded about the treatments as if too afraid to provide too much information which in reality is owed to the patient involved.

This care provider in my mind, is top rate in interacting with me to identifying my problem and to begin diagnosing the cause. In my work life I did alot of trouble shooting and I could really sense is method of evaluating my symtoms and planning a strategy. He breeds confidence.

Dr. Brooling listens well and doesn't give up trying to find ways to help. He's so respectful. His assistant is cheerful and personable.

Dr. Brooling was very helpful. Listened to my concerns and explained in terms I could relate to, he didn't seem rushed and was very prepared and familiar with my case even though this was my first visit with him.

My visit with Dr Brooling was very good. I thought he was thorough with his exam and history and also listened to me. He addressed my explicit concerns, but also felt like he addressed my underlying unspoken anxiety and was reassuring. He made a good plan. His surgery scheduler was also great- very professional and made sure I had what I needed before I left the office.
