About Derek C. Taylor
Dr. Derek Taylor received his Bachelor of Arts from the University of Utah in Spanish. He received his medical degree from The University of Utah School of Medicine. He then completed an internal medicine residency program at The Johns Hopkins Hospital in Baltimore, Maryland. He and his wife, Renae, moved to Portland, Oregon to complete his medical training in gastroenterology at Oregon Health & Science University. His interests include therapeutic endoscopy, gastrointestinal motility disorders, and inflammatory bowel disease.
Dr. Taylor enjoys the beautiful outdoors. He and his wife fill their free time mountain biking, skiing, and exploring the Northwest.
