Shruti Patel is one of the absolute best physicians that I have engaged with (in my entire 70 years of life!) I wish that all of my medical care providers were as personable, attentive, responsive, informed, competent, and compassionate as she has been with me. I cannot say enough things about her.

Dr Patel was friendly and very professional. She made me feel comfortable. My anxiety is somewhat extreme but when talking with Dr. I had none. I would recommend her to friends and family.

I feel that Dr. Patel has my best interests in mind. I have the sense that she genuinely wants to help me manage and hopefully resolve my chronic issues. I feel very supported and cared for which motivates me to make changes for my health. Dr. Patel was very concerned about my condition when I came in for my appointment my blood pressure was extremely low I couldn't really walk so she called for an ambulance and had me put into the hospital I was there for a week they got me pretty stable and now I'm at a rehab facility in [Location] California near my daughter was on the military base in [Location]. No one has been able to figure out what is wrong with my stomach and bowels for the past five years and seven months I have been in agony pain. I had wires put into my back with a battery pack installed in my body to get my back out of pain and that's not really working either my life for the last five years has been absolutely miserable, there's no way to live. I sure do wish somebody could figure out what was wrong with me.

I was prescribed Questrin, but was never told for what or how to take it. The Doctor prescribed it again. It was helpful to speak to the doctor, I waited 4 months to see the doctor. Thank you.

Dr. Patel did a great job when I met with her. She knew my complete medical history well and answered each question I had in detail. I have had big issues getting referrals to specialists due to living in a rural area, and many of them have lost my referral, been dishonest about my communication with them, and have not treated me with dignity and respect. I was treated well by this office and the provider from day one. I didn't have to wait months and months for an appointment only to be told the office never even got a referral, tried to call me and couldn't get through (which was not true), etc. I feel I can trust them with my care and am relieved to have found a good doctor who cares for her patients and is professional and on her game. The office staff was also professional and communicated well and showed me respect. As a patient I expect nothing less, and it's great to find an office that goes above and beyond the basics for their patients.
