I have chronic constipation. No one has actually touched my abdomen, which I thought would be routine in a digestive care facility. It seems that most of my appointments are sitting and talking with the care providers. It will have taken me 3 months to get in for a colonoscopy ---which is too long to wait. I AM impressed with the punctuality and respect and empathy of every care provider and staff. Everyone is very professional and friendly. I feel I am getting good care; I also feel there is a lot to know about a person's body by touching rather than just looking and asking questions.

I like my care provider therefore I have good experiences w/ her.

Jordan answered all my questions, suggested further testing and ordered an X-ray since I had recently recovered from a respiratory illness. I asked her to,listen to my chest and she heard crackling. Even tho that is not her field, she made sure I was checked for pneumonia.

The thing that stood out for me was that every person in that office was kind, and helpful. The provider was informative (taught me something very important about my body, asked and answered questions, and had good info re my interests), pleasant, engaging, and seemed on top of her field.This was a mainstream med visit and so I expected and got info and advice with good science behind it, which was as expected/hoped. She even gave me a good alternative med lead, which I appreciated very much.My ideal provider would be informed about main stream and alternative theories, but I certainly don't expect that and have foud few who fit that bill. That is no knock, just an explanation of a 9/10 score prev.The one issue with the office was that I had to come up for a pre-procedure visit, which while pleasant in every regard, was still a day I could have been doing something else, as it seemed nothing but a checked box. Perhaps they received info, or checked something that made it worth the trip, but I'm unaware. But considering everything else, I'm not troubled much there.Considering how hard the med field has been beaten up in the days of covid, providence must be treating people right. Keep doing so, would be my suggestion. It is working well here.

This was a first visit since I have just recently moved to CA from NJ, I am Celiac and need to be under the care of a gastroenterologist. There is colon cancer in my family and Jordan was very careful to note this fact.

Jordan listened and ordered the appropriate tests.

This was my first visit to a Providence provider and overall. It was excellent. My only disappointment was the complete lack of detail in notes that I could see online after the office visit.

I was very pleased to be able to see and talk with this very knowledgable PA about a pressing medical issue.

This was only a preop visit before a colonoscopy. I was brief and appropriate.

Jordon Fry was very present, listened well and seemed very thorough. Being as young as she seemed I was very surprised at her knowledge and experience. It was a relief and blessing and am very grateful for the care thus far. She is a rare treasure in today's challenging climate in healthcare.

I did not see a doctor, I have gastrointestinal issues for years, I believe a doctor may have had more insight into symptoms, more information about controlling the current symptoms. At one point it was suggested I experienced was just a mind body trigger instead of years of digestion malfunction diagnosed years ago. My colonoscopy is scheduled for 2 months from now after being told I am overdue for the procedure.

Great first time meeting with the provider and look forward to our next visit/follow up. Listened and provided very helpful information which I had been seeking for years.
