She was very knowledgable, helpful, thorough. I have difficulty saying this because she was EXCELLENT, she tended to speak fast and it was not easy for me to keep up (but this is because I'm not up to current speed).

This was my first appointment with this medical group. I had tried to make an appointment with one of the doctors, but was told I would have to wait until January to get in, so I opted to make an appointment with their PA, whom I liked very much. She seemed knowledgeable and ordered several tests. Including an ultrasound which Is being performed next week. I am looking forward to getting to know this provider and possibly the doctors in her team more in the near future, but as of now, it is too soon to really form a solid opinion of the practice.

I saw the PA so that I could get the earliest appointment possible. She was very good.

No bad experience

PA Julia Lee is outstanding! She is great at listening and making sure she (and I) both understand what I am saying, i.e. She asks clarifying questions and reflects back to make sure we both have the same information. She was efficient with the time we spent together, I got a lot out of my appointment. She gave me a specific, step by step care plan and made sure I was clear on the sequence. I know what is happening and why. She has excellent problem solving skills, i.e. Taking in vague information from me and coming back with ideas about what the problem might be and how we can address it.
