Family of specialists that support my regular MD Dr Duc Pham are very much appreciated. I spent 3 days, two nights in ER with diagnosed diverticulitis with perforation and I am still in long term recovery going well.

Doctor Wanjun Bae is the best Gastroenteroligist!

Dr. Bae took the time to explain the GI procedure to me and answered all my questions. He was very pleasant. His staff was very friendly and professional. They were celebrating a birthday for one of their staff members, and there was a positive "vibe" at the front desk. The procedure was a little further out than I had expected, but that is often out of their control.

Dr Bae and staff are wonderful. Next steps - we are working on a date a couple months out to schedule a colonoscopy.

I am grateful for the extra time that Dr. Bae gave me to address my questions. He was very thorough and patient with my concerns.

He did not greet me when he came into the room or make me feel at ease. I know I have some things going on with my health and I really don't want him to do my endoscopy and colonoscopy. I don't feel comfortable and I would like to have another doctor.

Dr Wanjun Bae and his staff were excellent. Dr Bae answered my questions and ordered medication [Name(s)] for constipation I suffer from. It really helps. His staff made sure that I received samples to see if it worked and it did. I feeel much better and am more regular now. He also said it was time for my colonoscopy and I scheduled it. It was a very good appointment and addressed all my symptoms. He explained all in an. Easy to understand way.

Started our appt by saying "I don't really understand why you are here. You are so young, but well ok". Gave the impression that I was wrong to be in his office.

I had few questions about the visit. I wanted to ask about the drugs I'm taking for my stomach problems and the drugs I have to take for my uterus cancer treatments. But I didn't get any. He left the room and the nurse came in and scheduled me for next day endoscopy.!

I would like to see all providers let up on the covid days of using zoom. I'll never use video; a call suffices. Having to spend 10 minutes on "I don't know if we can do that" is ridiculous.
