Dr. Thomas has consistently been a caring & committed to the good welfare of her patients. She explains her findings to a condition or question of her patient in a simple & easy to understand her explanation She is witty which makes her patient comfortable with her and does not feel intimidated. I feel privileged to have her as my GI doctor who I can trust. I'll highly recommend her to anybody with confidence.

Excellent care from start to finish. I received information regarding the surgical procedure through the portal and with a direct phone call. I liked that they asked what they could do to make me more comfortable - I requested socks (cold) and a nausea prescription (post-surgery). The surgical team each introduced themselves and explained the steps. I felt very comfortable with each person involved.

Dr. Thomas is one of the best specialists I have ever encountered. From bedside manner to procedures I have only had great experiences with her. Only difficulty is scheduling as it took over 6 months for an appointment and included delays and rescheduling. and receiving a call back from the office was difficult. It seems to have gotten better and will hopefully continue to get better as she is absolutely amazing.

During my visit with Tonya, from the very beginning everyone was very friendly when I interacted with them. That was very helpful as I was a bit nervous for my procedures that I had scheduled that day. Tonya was very informative about everything possible to the procedures and was very reassuring.

Dr Thomas is very thorough, pleasant, and patient with my concerns and questions. Her nurse is very pleasant as well. This combination helps especially with a patient who's been trying to get well for a while now.

Dr. Thomas was very warm and put me at ease about the procedure, as did the nurses who tended to me prior to the procedure. Everything was explained clearly and I was treated with respect. My appointment time was 10:15 and I don't believe I saw Dr. Thomas until around 11 AM, so that was a bit longer of a wait than I expected, but understandable. My only minor issue is that I found the scheduling process to take quite a bit longer than I expected, and it involved multiple phone calls and follow-ups over the course of several weeks just to get a response and an appointment. However, I have only positive things to say about my experience on the day of the procedure, I felt very well taken care of.

I originally had an in office visit with this doctor. I prefer an in office visit especially with a new doctor I have never met before, but doing this visit virtually was not a bad experience. Unfortunately my camera did not work (senior technology Issues) but I was able to speak to her and did see her. She was very informative and I look forward to see her for my procedure. Overall It was a pleasant experience.

Dr Thomas has great bedside manner, she asked questions and explained what will happen in the procedure made sure to answer all my questions and listen to what I have to say. Experience is good. There is at least 2 or 3 months of wait time to make an appointment and wait during the appointment was about 30 minutes.

I like to thank for the excellent service that my provider rendered including nurse Sendy and all other team inside the procedure room but not the recovery nurse who is in charge of discharging pt she had a poor service..

My transition to Dr. Thomas has been extremely easy and comfortable.
