Excellent care

This was my first endoscopy and colonoscopy. I was extremely nervous and the nurses and doctor made me feel extremely comfortable. I cannot think of a better experience. I am so grateful for this team.

It took a while to get in to see Dr Thomas. She was well worth the wait. She was so thorough. She answered all my questions and concerns. She is so personable. Great Doctor.

Good they let me know what was going to take place.

Just the fact that I had to wait 3 hours before she arrived from her procedures at the hospital. That was after they kept switching my appointment from one day to another and one facility to another. Other than that, I like my doctor. She is kind, caring and very professional.

Dr Thomas was very caring and took the necessary time to explain everything she took a conservative approach and listened to my concerns. The only negative would be the length of time I had to wait for my appointment which was approximately 4 months as it was a consultation and considered low low priority without even a wait list call once during the time between the time I made the appointment and the appointment itself.

It was a pleasure to deal with this physician. She is thorough to fact find and help me with the problem I have had for quite some time her plan showed skillful thought and examining and determining a plan that related to my situation. I am grateful to her thorough and knowledgeable plan that I think will improve my health. Thank you.

Nurse advised there was a virtual appt that I could do and so we did it. It was excellent

Excellent care from start to finish. I received information regarding the surgical procedure through the portal and with a direct phone call. I liked that they asked what they could do to make me more comfortable - I requested socks (cold) and a nausea prescription (post-surgery). The surgical team each introduced themselves and explained the steps. I felt very comfortable with each person involved.

Dr. Thomas is one of the best specialists I have ever encountered. From bedside manner to procedures I have only had great experiences with her. Only difficulty is scheduling as it took over 6 months for an appointment and included delays and rescheduling. and receiving a call back from the office was difficult. It seems to have gotten better and will hopefully continue to get better as she is absolutely amazing.

Good doctor but hard to get an appt

Dr Thomas is very thorough, pleasant, and patient with my concerns and questions. Her nurse is very pleasant as well. This combination helps especially with a patient who's been trying to get well for a while now.

Dr. Thomas was very warm and put me at ease about the procedure, as did the nurses who tended to me prior to the procedure. Everything was explained clearly and I was treated with respect. My appointment time was 10:15 and I don't believe I saw Dr. Thomas until around 11 AM, so that was a bit longer of a wait than I expected, but understandable. My only minor issue is that I found the scheduling process to take quite a bit longer than I expected, and it involved multiple phone calls and follow-ups over the course of several weeks just to get a response and an appointment. However, I have only positive things to say about my experience on the day of the procedure, I felt very well taken care of.
