This was my first encounter with this physician. It was an establishment appointment since my last GI physician, Kumkum Patel, had left. Dr Prabhakar was thorough and had researched my medical history so we were able to discuss my concerns and make a plan for the future. I liked his demeanour. My only negative comment was that it took me several months to get this appointment since he was well booked in advance.

You really understand what I'm going through and give me the exact medicines I need for the intricate problems I'm experiencing. I'm grateful for you.

Very satisfied with my first visit with this care provider. He thoroughly explained possible reasons for my condition and spent ample time discussing my medical condition. He did not rush through my appointment and answered questions I had regarding his diagnosis.

Communication was done through my chart not phone calls and that was preferred by me. Answers were prompt and helpful. Why no questions about my chart communication since that is what you're encouraging?
