I have nothing but admiration for all of Dr and staff. I feel vey fortunate to have them as part of my care team. Only comment would be wishing to have easier/sooner appointment times if possible, but he is so booked up it isn't possible. I am sure if it were an emergency, they would fit me in. Everybody is extremely caring and respectful.

Always a great experience!

Waited 40 minutes in the exam room. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me and told me I needed an endoscopy. He then told his assistant to schedule one for me and left. His scheduler made an appointment for me in December. So I must wait 5 months with discomfort. Not happy.

I am happy with my choice of the Providence Medical Group and will refer to my friends and family members

Dr.Koo had an expression or was not friendly. Didn't even say Hi, I have never been to a clinic where the doctor doesn't take time to say Hi or have a conversation with you. If he is my long term care wouldn't he want to know more about my history and give me advice on how I should continue to take care of myself. Only thing he did was you have this and you need to do testing and we see you in 6 months. Very plain, like a business attitude and the MA who worked for him was not very helpful. She told me next schedule is 21 is that good? I asked 21 of what month and what day is it? Poor communication which makes sense from top down. If doctor is poor the Staff will be poor.

I'm so glad and fortunate to have Dr. Koo as my gastroenterologist for so many years now. He is a wonderful caring physician.

The purpose of my visit was for an established procedure...Colonoscopy and an I Endoscopy. Dr. Koo and his entire surgical and support staff were excellent. Very professional and curteous.

Dr.Koo is truly an amazing, attentive, and caring doctor. I have seen many doctors through out the years and none of them were able to pin point what my medical problem was but Dr.Koo carefully listened to the description I gave him of my symptoms and health concerns and with his assessment and examination of my condition, he knew exactly what type of test I should take and with the results of that test, he prescribed the medication that helped solve the problem I had. He Is truly the embodiment, definition and sheer example of what a doctor is and does. I appreciate his professionalism, expertise and sincere care and attention he has given me as his patient. May God Almighty continue to bless him and his family with the breath of life, protection and prosperity.
