The visit was regarding a feeding tube that Dr. Koo did not put in, but that we had questions about. For some rediculous reason., a doctor won't usually see you for a feeding tube someone else put in. Dr. Koo was gracious enough to see us & we appreciated it.

Everything is excellent!

St. Jude Hospital gives me a very efficient system feeling. The doctor is knowledgeable and helpful.

I have nothing but admiration for all of Dr and staff. I feel vey fortunate to have them as part of my care team. Only comment would be wishing to have easier/sooner appointment times if possible, but he is so booked up it isn't possible. I am sure if it were an emergency, they would fit me in. Everybody is extremely caring and respectful.

Always a great experience!

Waited 40 minutes in the exam room. The doctor spent 5 minutes with me and told me I needed an endoscopy. He then told his assistant to schedule one for me and left. His scheduler made an appointment for me in December. So I must wait 5 months with discomfort. Not happy.

I am happy with my choice of the Providence Medical Group and will refer to my friends and family members

Dr.Koo had an expression or was not friendly. Didn't even say Hi, I have never been to a clinic where the doctor doesn't take time to say Hi or have a conversation with you. If he is my long term care wouldn't he want to know more about my history and give me advice on how I should continue to take care of myself. Only thing he did was you have this and you need to do testing and we see you in 6 months. Very plain, like a business attitude and the MA who worked for him was not very helpful. She told me next schedule is 21 is that good? I asked 21 of what month and what day is it? Poor communication which makes sense from top down. If doctor is poor the Staff will be poor.
