Dr Jamal is a role model for all physicians, he is a genuine person who really cares about the patient. He's easy to talk to and listens ...and hears you. Providence should be proud to have him .

Very good doctor

This provider is very good but equally busy. The office USUALLY does not call you with test results. I prefer to have my test outcomes to be explained by my doctor or at least his office. This normally does not happen. I actually rely on my PCP or rheumatologist to share their opinion of my results. His follow up could be much better.

I was very late to this appointment and the staff still made sure I was seen, telling me that I would need to wait. That was fine with me and everyone was as helpful as possible. I'm very appreciative!

This was a referral from my GP in order to evaluate test results from February. It was my first visit with this Doctor. He has ordered additional testing and established a return visit in October.

Dr. Jamal is very thorough and has an incredible bedside manner. More physicians should be like him.He reviews the results of the tests (blood & ultrasound) that he requested as soon as they become available in My Chart. He writes comments and during the appointment, he reiterates his comments (or concerns if any) about the results of the tests. More importantly, he is anticipates what his future plans are in the event a new medication comes on the market regarding my condition. He stays on top of his area of expertise.

Very friendly doctors and asking questions

I had to wait one hour for the doctor to show up. I had to go out of the room to ask how much longer I would have to wait. However, Dr. Jamal did take time to answer all my questions and discuss the reason for my visit.

This care provider is responsible for colonoscopy on a regular basis. There is usually a long wait should one need to schedule a consultation on issues other than colonoscopy. However, this provider is very effective in recommending diets that help solve my constipation problem.
