Dr. Keplinger is such a great listener and explained everything to me in a way that I could understand. She spent a long time with me and made sure I had everything I needed.

I was nervous but doctor and her care team made my experience less stressful and more comfortable talking to me regarding my concerns and treatment, process was smooth and procedure was easy a bit painful but doctor kept me calm and talked me through it. Follow up in two weeks. Friendly doctor and care team.

Dr Keplinger is one of the best. She knew my medical history before coming in the examination room. She is compassionate and professional. We did have a wait time, but I understand things happen.I was however, disappointed with the medical assistants. I had left 2 voicemails on 2 different days, and never received a call back. I ended up calling another doctor. Dr Keplinger's surgery scheduler is great. So efficient, and called me back every time.

St Jude providence takes way too long to see a doctor

She listens, is kind and helps as much as she can. My problem is really not her field but she was willing to send me to the people who can give me the help I need.

Dr. Keplinger is a knowledgeable, skilled provider. My only issue is that it takes at least 4 months to see her. St.Jude needs more orthopedic doctors that specialize in feet. I appreciate her apologizing for being an hour and a half behind. I have also noticed that she reviews what has been discussed at the end of the visit, which is very helpful.
