West Richland location is the best by far, front office people are very nice, lab technicians are very nice and Dr. Halvorson always genuine and listens to concerns, not afraid to recommend new medication if needed to help on the healthy journey.

Excellent service and care. Scheduled appointment online. Next available appointment was not for another 4 weeks. Nurse called next morning and asked additional questions. Given symptoms doctor saw me same day and got additional blood work and imagining ordered very quickly. Very knowledgeable, listens and provides clear information that put my mind a ease while we waited for results.

Dr. Halvorson is the only doctor that we transferred to that had read the patient chart and had a good sense of the medical history and conditions. He is current on issues when we have scheduled appointments. He and his staff work to get medical records from other hospitals to ensure seamless care.

Dr Halverson engages with you and encourages conversation. By doing this, I tend to be more relaxed around him. I feel he truly cares for each of his patients.

Always been a good experience

Called ahead to schedule any blood work needed before the appointment. Dr replied by with minimal amount of bloodwork needed. He had taken time to look at bloodwork results from other recent appointments and did not request testing for results that were already available. A good thing.

Dr. Halvorson is very easy to talk to about issue you may have. His MA is very nice as well. I had to schedule a return visit and the gal who did that on the way out didn't smile at all. Maybe a bad day, we all have them from time to time.
