Graycen Duffy had a good feel for why I was coming in. She had a PT with her from the start and I was immediately set up with PT. Very impressive.The nurse was okay. I like to know my vitals. I had to ask her for every one of them. I don't know why she wouldn't just volunteer the information.

I had a very good experience with Grayson. I felt listened to and felt that she took all my concerns seriously. I would however, prefer to see my own provider who is almost impossible to get into when there is a more emergent need.

Graycen Duffy is an amazing provider! I've seen her many times. She always takes the time to listen to all my medical concerns and comes up with an effective, easy to follow treatment plan. She is very smart and caring! This particular visit, I had a hodgepodge of things I needed treated. She was able to take extra time in her busy schedule to make sure everything was addressed. She followed up with me through MyChart when test results came back and offered me good explanations. I'm very thankful for her!

Not only did Grayson listen to me, she brought in a very approachable and skilled Physical Therapist - during the appointment - who helped diagnose the problem and give me exercises to alleviate the pain. Having the PT's attention saved me from having to get a second appointment or referral and helped me immediately understand the health condition
