Dr. Chiou has been my primary care physician for many years now. He is personable, professional and patient. He answers my many questions and concerns with empathy and in words that I can easily understand. The reception staff is very friendly.

Dr Chiou is by far THE BEST Dr around! He always takes time with me & is genuinely concerned about my well being. He's a beautiful, compassionate man. When I had changed my insurance & It ended up taking me to another Dr, I did everything I could to switch back over so that I could continue having him as my Dr! He's just that awesome! The staff is also hands down THE BEST around!!! They always know me by name & are incredibly loving & caring & I'm blessed to be able to have a team like this behind me in health care. Providence is definitely doing something right with their BattleGround staff!

I live in Ridgefield. I have to drive all the way to East Vancouver to go to the Battle Ground Providence clinic. I know that Providence lost the Battle Ground lease however it is really inconvenient to drive all the way to east Vancouver to visit the Battle Ground facility. The only reason I keep coming is the long relationship and confidence I have in Dr. Chiou.

Dr Chou has always seemed to know exactly what was wrong and the treatment needed. He is ver intelligent and a good communicator.

Dr Chiou is amazing, I would love this practice to return to BattleGround.

He is great. Only problem for me is that I live in Ridgefield and his practice is in Portland, so getting there is a problem and it was that day due to an accident on the Freeway. I do no longer drive so my daughter takes me. Dr. Chiou saw me despite late arrival.

At 69 years of age, I have had a few visits like these as routine yearly physicals. As they go, each time the visit seems more thorough and this one was no exception. I feel that Dr. Listened to me and was interested in helping me in areas we talked about.
