Tyler J. Peake, PAC

Pursuing his interests in science and education led Tyler to the field of medicine. As a certified physician assistant, he enjoys explaining complex medical topics effectively for his patients and guiding them through the medical system. But the most rewarding part of his work, he says, “are the relationships that develop over time.”

Treating chronic conditions and preventing heart disease are two areas that Tyler emphasizes in his practice. In addition, he says, “I try to listen nonjudgmentally and to understand how social issues influence people’s health.”

Originally from Vancouver, Tyler attended Concordia University in Portland and completed his physician assistant studies at Oregon Health and Science University.

Away from the office, he divides his time between family and outdoor activities and being involved in youth sports.
