Dr.Klopsch is amazing. He is very thorough, takes his time to evaluate my 4 year old. He explains everything he's doing, and why. I had a couple questions and he took the time to talk through them with me, making sure I understood. He's great with kids, my 4 year old had an enjoyable time, despite the shots :)

I won't see that dr again that I visited with. He was very intense & I walked out with nothing to do to help me. Very frustrated!

I had an urgent concern and I had good service both from the nurse and the doctor I was able to see.

Dr. Klopsch is friendly and professional. He is thorough and gets right to the point on the treatment plans he recommends. I really like how Dr. Klopsch listens to me and my concerns and explains the procedures to cure or fix the issue I presented.

Helped with decisions

This was my first visit and it went well.

Dr. Klopsch is an excellent Doctor who has always been very attentive and listens carefully to all of my concerns and offers great advice and guidance.

I just wasn't impressed with bedside manner, didn't have any personality, it was all about why I was there, looking at chart, checking vitals, not sure he even really looked at me.

Among my many health challenges, Dr. Klopsch is managing my diabetes. After many years of my blood sugar being under good control. Dr Klopsch told me that my A1C on that day was normal! I believe that the reason I'm alive today is because I have received excellent health care. Twelve years after being diagnosed with lung cancer, I appear to be cancer free.

Was attentive, helpful and I was very satisfied with my visit

My overall experience with Dr. Klopsch has been very good. My wife and I have been patients with him for about 3 years now (as our primary care physician).

I had shingles and was able to get an appointment with in two hours I was able to get the shingles medicine at the pharmacy within an hour.

I've only had a good office visits

I sent concern about high blood pressure on my chart and nurse called me within the hour and scheduled me immediately. I was very impressed with the nurse who called and doctor who saw me

Doctor did listen to my concerns and provided help for anemia, and since I began taking more iron that he recommended, I have been doing a lot better. I appreciate the answers he gave, he did address my concerns and help clarify some questions I had.

Dr.Klopsch and his team are the best. They take care of my entire family. They know us well and relate to us in everyday life, kids, family, hobbies. With out saying names his medical assistant whom is welcoming a 2nd child is fantastic with my disabled child. High recommend Dr. Klopsch and his team.

Dr. Klopsch takes a lot of time and is patient with my husband who has dementia and Type 2 diabetes. He maintains a pleasant attitude even when my husband is non compliant with his recommendations or orders. We appreciate his knowledge and kindness and continued support through this journey.

I was surprised at how well the visit went

I'm very pleased with the professionalism and care given during my wellness check by Dr Klopsch and his staff.

This was the only time I ever saw Dr Steven Klotch. I have been seeing a different Dr in the same practice for the past few years and Dr Klotch seemed to know what I have been going through and he adjusted a prescription to help remove fluid from my body after the urgent care team sent me to the ER where the cardiology team did surgery to implant a pacemaker in my chest due to congestive heart failure. The team at Providence Sacred Heart Hospital have been excellent.
