The doctor I saw for my bronchitis was friendly easy to talk to, she prescribed medication for the issue. I called the office back 2 days later to ask a question about additional medication combinations and I got a call back the next day. Everyone I dealt with was very nice.

My biggest need at my age 69 is to discuss more than one health issue. I realize due to insurance restrictions there is not enough time. So that is the biggest issue for me and probably many others-not enough time. Wish there was a way to address (briefly) more than one issue. She tried to stretch it a bit. She was competent and caring. I have no complaints about the capable staff -just the system.

I've been happy with my Providence experience since switching to them. The providers and assistants been excellent.

She was very helpful in obtaining the referral for a. MRI and also answered my concerns about having a new physician as a result of my previous physician of over 35 years retired at the end of December.

The provider seemed in a hurry & needed to slow down while reviewing my information.

Sharaya was excellent. She gave me good information. Was very knowledgeable. I respected her advice. I thought, after seeing her, that she could have given me info on how to protect my ear (infection) since I'm doing aqua therapy, and feel that it may be the cause of the problem. Other than that I thought she was terrific and would be happy to see her again.

She showed concern for the my health, by doing research in addition to what medication I was taking

This was a follow up visit from when I went to urgent care for breathing issues related to a possible viral infection I had contracted. I was very pleased with my visit and that my course of treatment was based on my previous history with my condition (bronchitis). Very professional care. I appreciated being able to see an NP quickly even though my situation wasn't emergent. I had been suffering with it for several months.

This specific appt was a follow-up appt from a previous appt with same medical personnel within 3 months...advise was PT which did take care.of the original issue & she took a urine specimen during current appt regarding a new issue...she is very good...I use My Chart to request appts & monitor test results which I really like it as I can leave a message and I get a timely response rather than try to call.

Good care as usual.
