Dr Winegart is the best PCP I have had! He is detailed, professional and courteous. He is always available to answer questions through the online portal. He doesn't hesitate to refer me to specialists as needed.

My caretaker is the best I have ever had. After nearly two years putting off getting a mammogram, he urged me to do this and found out that I had invasive carcinoma of the breast. Almost six months later, I am alive and owe it all to him.

Everytime I have had a medical question the people on the phone give great advise and when I have needed to be seen they got me in same day, dr listened to all my concerns and ordered tests to confirm diagnosis and get medication. I'm very happy with my care here !

Dr. Winegart was kind and compassionate as we discussed concerns and future care for my mother with advanced dementia. He thoroughly reviewed her chart and read my list of concerns before starting the appointment. His medical assistant was great and put my mother at ease during the taking of her vitals and administration of her cognitive assessment. We completed a POLST form and my mother was recommended for at-home hospice care. He told me that this was one of the harder parts of his job and acknowledged the care that I have been giving to my mother these past five years. He asked me to provide an update through MyChart when she is admitted to Hospice of Spokane. I felt like he really cared about her and wanted what was best for her.

He's was very good and asked a lot of questions. His medical assistants are amazing.

Always listens to and discusses any questions or concerns I have. Goes over any of the tests he orders and why. He is compassionate and caring. I have been seeing James now since 2019.

Everyone was so kind and thoughtful. You could tell they really cared about you and enjoyed their jobs.

I know I seem to say much the same thing on every survey about James Winegart and the staff there at Providence about their excellent care, but it's because they always live up to expectations. At nearly 85 years old I feel my reasonably good health (for my age) is absolutely due to the care and good medical advice I have received at this office. I am very grateful for that.
